I have been working hard on my arm after my slam

I have been working hard on my arm after my slam, the doc put me in a cast for a week and I have just done 2 weeks’ physio which has been painfull but it’s getting better everyday.
Check the pic, it was taken after my cast was taken off.

I have 2 more weeks physio before I head to Oz for a week. My arm looks fine, I just need to get the full movement back but I am nearlly there.
I have been filming my friends up on the hill then heading down to the gym for a few hours then going to physio most days. Other than that, just watching the US Open tennis, plenty of NZ tv and the odd party when it happens.
