02:19PM Fri, 15th October 2010

We all know only Robinson Crusoe had everything done by Friday. Take it easy everyone, go and check our latest collection of snowboard links from This Week in Snowboarding. Once again we covered it all, be it Seattle or Sölden, Chile or Cheers. Enjoy!

"The nature of the experience depends almost entirely on set and setting." - Timothy Leary

SATURDAY

Whitelines post a sick Japanese flatland trick videoGulli Gudmundsson is such a good skater, you won’t believe. Pat Moore has a purpose. The Arctic Challenge gets riders excited, and here’s how many of them exactly.

SUNDAY

Austen Sweetin talks you through his insane season. Yobeat has a nice wrapup of the Seattle Downtown Throwdown. Kevin Backstrom does some minishred.

MONDAY

32 creates great Day in the Lifes, and Stale Sandbech’s is one of the best. Snowtiva is the name of a great Polish shred flick. Speaking of teasers, the Saturday Night Ride Teaser 2 lives up to everyone’s expectationsYobeat has a nice video of the Downtown Throwdown, too. David Hidalgo does some fun laps in Snowpark NZ. And whoever TK is, he is slaying some laps in Blackcomb. Snowboarder Magazine creates a Jamie Anderson Mega Post (and it’s full of videos!). Erik Botner shreds some rails. You gotta love Nick Visconti, and everyone move to Utah and live the dream!

It's kind of hard to pull a sad face when you're wearing a mask like this.

TUESDAY

Snowboarder Mag posts another Downtown Throwdown edit. The next one’s been out for a while, but if you haven’t seen Seventh Sky’s Nicolas Müller ad, you missed out on something grand! Raphael Suter rides at the C.O.C. This is a nice Academy promo clip. Cheers takes us behind its scenes in Minnesota. The Gothenburg Rail Battle is coming up soon. Illicit Snowboarding runs you through the anatomy of the average Burton pro. Protest combines shredding with Horror. Oakley/Billabong combine women with epic riding. Eiki Helgason talks about his season. And Dave Seoane is boss. No shit.

WEDNESDAY

The Pirates shoot a big, big booter in Sölden. Deeluxe shoot just some fun stuff, also in SöldenIsenseven do Russia. Now it’s our turn to post a Downtown Throwdown edit (of course, it’s the best of the three). Mpora has the Snowporning 10 trailer. Kevin Pearce gets his balance back. The Garbage Gang shreds Val Senales. 17-year-old Aussie Jye Kearney will blow your mind.

Just how small is the cameraman?

THURSDAY

Flow’s The Life Japan episode is one sick pow dream. If you like Canada you will love the Share the Wealth full movie. JP Walker talks about the interesting X Games Real Snow projectDoran Laybourn meets a snowmobile (not for the faint-hearted!). Lucas Debari talks to ESPN. Ready to… is yet another good example of the vibrant Polish shred scene. The Meatfly crew goes to Arosa, whatever that means. The YES. crew departs from Chile in style. Johnny Brady is a rad guy with a rad video. Botner & Co. are into Boardercross, and Hannah Teter is into… Hula Hooping!

FRIDAY

Taylor Godber is fit! Rip Curl rider Urska Pribosic had a great summer, Ben Bilocq had a good day, Ethan Morgan releases all of last season’s footage, and the Ästhetiker kick off another Tell-Ä-Vision season with some mellow pow riding.

That’s all from this week. Have you seen the Banksy opening of the Simpsons? Good. Have a good weekend and see you next week!
