The Arctic Challenge is set to rock the hell out of Norway this weekend, so check the teaser. Spaced out!
The 6Star Oakley Arctic Challenge is just around the corner, with qualifications for this legendary event kicking off tomorrow, Feb 17, and the finals blasting into orbit on Saturday Feb 19. Once again, the Arctic Challenge will feature a progressive slopestyle course for both men and women to send it off, so check this teaser for a flashback of last year’s highlights. Flashback indeed.
As always, the rider list is stacked full of talented riders who will be competing for a share of the $100,000 USD prize purse and a maximum of 1000 TTR World Ranking points. The male and female winners from The Oakley Arctic Challenge will also receive automatic qualification into next year’s inaugural World Snowboarding Championships, which will go down next February, 2012 in Oslo.
