    • The second event in the 2007 Burton Global Open Series presented by Motorola, will take place in Laax, Switzerland from January 20-27th, 2007.

      As one of the major events on the European snowboarding calendar, the Burton European Open is the only event on the continent open to all riders, drawing more than 500 riders to compete in halfpipe and slopestyle disciplines.

      Canadian Snowboarder Justin Lamoureux emerged victorious over a stacked field of international names to claim Quiksilver’s King of the Park slopestyle competition, held under glorious sunny skies at Snowpark near Wanaka.
