    • Celsuis Welcome Seth Huot to the Family

    • Seth does not really need a big introduction as he has been getting it done for quite some time, and is still holding it down with the best of them. Most recently in the new Volcom project, “escramble”. It was good timing, as Seth was able to join fellow team members last week in the SLC, for the new 07/08 catalog shoot. He was stoked on all the boots, and cannot wait to get them on his feet. He will be back filming with the MDP crew this season, and keep an eye out for his ad coming soon.

In what may be seen as a major coup, Rome SDS has signed Bjorn Leines to ride their shred sticks and bindings. Bjorn is an all-round ripper for whom no terrain is a problem, and his riding and attitude fits in perfectly with Rome’s philosophy of snowboarding. Apparrently he was one of the riders they wanted on the team from day 1, but the time wasn’t right. Now, however, it is and he joins the rest of the crew whilst shooting for the new Volcom movie.

Our Spanish Ed Iker has some bad news to report on behalf of Ronnie Andersson. It seems that the Swedish ripper who had an interview in Onboard last season has knackered his knee big time. “He is in Switzerland in the hospital with a broken leg, broken knee and fucked up ligaments. Looks like the season is over for him.
Would be nice to give him a big up in the mag,” said Iker. Sounds nasty. Well, from all of us here at Onboard we wish you a speedy road to recovery, Ronnie.
