Twenty-six year old Sabrina currently lives in Avoriaz, France and started snowboarding at the age of 15 years. She still considers this her favourite place to ride, “home sweet home”.
“At that time there were a lot of good riders in Avoriaz; Nico Droz, Anthon Holland, Jonathan Menthon, Mamar (Stéphane Lochon), etc… there has always been a lot happening in order to keep freestyle moving forward.”
Sabrina’s passion started here, being surrounded by this atmosphere. What she rates most in snowboarding is style…“You can make thousands of tricks, but if you don’t have style it won’t look nice and then I don’t think it has a big interest. I love making new tricks, but I love as much the time you have to put in it. It took me a lot of motivation and patience, but today I feel really blessed because I can ride very often, and for brands I love!”
Sabrina loves travel, particularly since she has been to Bali and Latin America, and art. She likes music, trekking on her own in the mountains, filming, cooking for her friends, laughing and simplicity. A curious and an open minded happy girl…perfect.
She wants to train hard in the snowparks of Avoriaz, to keep improving and do some photos and filming with the 2602 production guys there. No doubt she’ll hit up some event and contests over the season, and aims to go and ride Chile next summer.
