Rip Curl Rail Session Munich
On February 2 Munich gets metaltastic in the Olympic Park. Starting at 5 pm and offering a prize purse of €10.000 it attracts 24 riders of whhich 16 need to qualify for the event. Riders showing up are Eiki and Halldor Helgason, Max Legend, Nils Avirdsson, Peter König, Victor Delerue, Basti Rittig. The best part about it, from the rider’s point of view, they can also win wildcards for the TTR event in Crans-Montana, Switzerland which takes place a few days later. The setup of this free contest will have a ten meter long down rail and a flat-down-flat rail in the Amphiteather Theatron right at the Olympic Lake.
