All finalists are set • Free Public BagJump Sessions at the finals • Ski finals from the 2nd to the 4th of April 2010 at Innsbruck’s Nordkette • Snowboard finals from the 16th to the 18th of April 2010 at Kitzsteinhorn.
“Park Party!“ – that was the title of the third mission of the Völkl Snowpark Rally 0910. It was the last opportunity to qualify for the finals at Zell am See-Kaprun’s Kitzsteinhorn and Innsbruck’s Nordkette. No surprise that the snowboard and freeski crews pushed the envelope once again! In the end Stefan Voitl took victory at the snowboarders’ competition. However, the finals will not only be interesting for the finalists but also for the public: at both locations there will be free Public BagJump Session where you can test jumps into the BagJump with professional photographers taking pictures for free!
In the snowboard category, though he was “only” third at the second mission now he made it: Stefan Voitl won the last snowboard mission of the Snowpark Rally 0910. Stefan’s picture shows everything a good park party needs: a unique atmosphere, motivated party people, a barbecue and sensational action. Nicolas Polli took second place while Nejc Slatner from Slovenia got third.
Finals with free Public BagJump Sessions for everyone!
The finals in April will decide on the overall winners of the Völkl Snowpark Rally 0910: www.onebigpark.at will host the snowboard finals at Salzburg County’s Kitzsteinhorn from the 16th to the 18th of April 2010. The finals will not only be an exciting weekend for the qualified participants but also for all other riders as there will be a free Public BagJump Session for everyone! At the finals, the partner regions will allocate a gigantic airbag for free: at the Kitzsteinhorn on the 18th of April from 12 to 14 pm. Riders of all skill levels will have the opportunity to push their level with less risk of injury. Plus, there will be a Völkl Pro Demo as well as some coaches who will instruct riders. Professional photographers will take pictures from the participants and make them available to download from the event website later.
At the finals, the three snowboard and three ski crews will accomplish the winter’s last mission with the assistance of some Völkl pro riders and professional photographers. The victorious crews will join the Völkl pros at the All Inclusive Völkl Team Week 2010. Additionally, there’s a load of non-cash prizes and lift tickets up for grabs.
