Elias Elhardt is still in Saas Fee in his latest webisode where he hooks up with Halldor Helgason, Nils Arvidsson and Alessandro Boyens to chat through who’ll bag the win at Freestyle.CH this weekend between more fun mini shred and booter action.

“I’d like someone who doesn’t usually land, like Nissa (Nils Arvidsson) or Halldor,” says Helgason filmer Johannes. We’d have to agree. I mean, Seb Toutant and Mark McMorris just stomp everything, so some dudes you’re more surprised for would be sweet. Will we see a triple? Will Nils land the shifty 12, or Halldor the Lobster flip this time round? All will be revealed over the weekend…

Pre-Season Powder Day in Saas Fee

Watch Alessandro Boyens having more fun than should be legal on Saas Fee’s first powder day of the season last week.

We sent our boy Will Nangle over to Saas Fee last week to film an interview for thing we have in the pipes on Fredi Kalbermatten. Fredi’s currently getting back from knee surgery so we thought while he was in town Will should head up and film some park shenanigans. Yeah right. It dumped almost a metre and buried the park, so he hooked up with local rider Alessandro Boyens and negotiating avvie dangers and unstable snow bridges, bagged this short clip of Saas Fee’s first powder day of the year. May many more follow.

For sure it’s not the most awesome gnarl you’ll ever see, but damn does it make us wanna go out and grab some face shots for ourselves…
