Round 1 of the eagerly anticipated X Games Real Snow has opened for public voting and, honestly, there’s some of the most insane urban riding you’ll ever see. Mindblowing pretty much covers it. Check out our thoughts on who should win should win Round 1 of Real Snow 2013 here.

We’ll cut to the chase and show you the videos. Riders are paired off in a head to head format and it’s up to you who goes through to the next round. Watch your jaws don’t drop too hard… And when you’re done make sure you vote for the lunatic you’d whose edit hyped you most.

You all probably saw the first, rapid fire edit of the highlights from Burton’s Tokyo jib contest earlier this week, but did it have fancy skateboarding tricks from Forest Bailey, Mark Sollors, Niels Shack and co.? Or hyperiffic megamo of the action in the contest? Didn’t think so. Watch this..

Burton’s Tokyo Rail Days wrapped up on Saturday with Forest Bailey taking home first place, followed closely by a pack of shredders hot on his heels. Here is a good look at some additional action and skating from Wojtek Pawlusiak, Ludwig Lejkner, Neils Schack, Jeremy Jones, Mark Sollors, Ethan Deiss and Zak Hale.

Three of Burton’s up-and-coming jibbers struck out north in December last year accompanied by jib master general Jeremy Jones. Though daylight was limited, their arsenal of tricks wasn’t – nor the abundance of creative street spots they found to throw down on. This, plus the mellow vibe of the edit, means The Shortest Days of the Year stoked us the hell out and we think it’ll have the same effect on you…

A good front boardslide is a thing a beauty. No matter how many times they’re done, or watched, they never get boring. And Ethan Deiss, Zak Hale, Mark Sollors, Ludwig Lejkner, and Wojtek Pawlusiak had some pretty solid front boards this season.

Ethan Deiss, Alex Andrew, Zak Hale and our very own Ludde Lejkner shred a unique park setup at Keystone. Damn, these Burton edits are so much fun, you can’t really not post them!

Usually a nighttime jib session wouldn’t include things like boom cameras, massive features with technical lines, and smoke machines. But that’s how Alex Andrews, Zak Hale, Ethan Deiss, Mark Sollors, and Charles Reid roll. There weren’t any tricks left to be thrown after these guys were done with this set up.

Praise the shred gods, as winter is around the corner and that can only mean one thing: premier time! And this year, we’ve decided to join the fun again so make sure you party with us at the Videograss Movie Tour through Europe!

And because this year Videograss produced not one but two separate movies, we’ll have both to show you: Retrospect and Shoot The Moon, from the Videograss Production House.

For the first stop in Munich, we’re having a special Weißwurst celebration with Planet Sports at their flagship store Oberanger 16 at 2pm, to make sure everyone is invigorated and ready for the party mayhem that’ll be kicking off at 9pm in the Art Babel close to the Hauptbahnhof.
