Flying Finns Hit Up Mammoth & Bear

As their trip to live the American Dream winds down, the Flying Finns crew hit up Cali – Mammoth and Bear – before finishing off where all good US trips should – by the beach.

As they drop in on Mammoth’s terrain park the crew of Finns – Ville Paumola, Ville Uotila, Aleksi Kumpulainen and Markus Malin - find the big line closed but have themselves a blast on the medium and jib lines regardless before taking it to the backcountry where they find a good spot for a solid kicker session. Next up they take it back to the park at Bear Mountain and to wrap it all up, the boys get some Californian dreaming going on in San Diego. Surf’s up, bitches…

Flying Finns Episode 3 – Park and Powder

The third episode of the Finn-umentary, Flying Finns, has the boys still in the US but this time it frickin’ DUMPS.

They kick things off with some fun park shredding in Northstar, but then the heavens open and there’s almost too much snow to ride as they get involved with the Tahoe backcountry.

Bluebird Park Session in Flying Finns Episode 2

The first episode of this Finn-centric web series focussed on the beginning of their US trip where bad weather forced them to get creative. Now, for Episode 2, the skies clear and Ville Uotila, Matti Kinnunen, Markus Malin, Jaakko Ruha and Janne Korpi get to session the hell out of Copper Mountain’s awesome park and pipe.

Bad Weather Business in Flying Finns Episode 1

The season of Flying Finns – an online series charting a tight crew of Scando radicalists’ season – kicks off with a backyard session at the start of their US trip.

Ville Uotila, Matti Kinnunen, Ilkka-Eemeli Laari and co slay a bad weather backyard session on, then get on the gnarl in an abandoned mine in this first installment of Flying Finns. Ville’s backyard tree plant is off the chain, and as for Matti’s one-footer at the mine… let’s just say the boy Kinnunen is a few tinnies short of a six pack.
