Spitzingsee Powder

What Bear Mountain is for the US snowboard mags and Mt Hood is for the Oregon-based industry, the tiny German resort of Spitzingsee is for the underprivileged Onboard crew. On our rare editorial riding days we usually try to have as much fun as possible on the short slopes and icy snow. Every now and then, however, the stars align and bless this hill south of Munich with an epic dump of powder. Earlier this season, during one of those days, the Foreal Project was there, and filmed this edit.

Foreal at Bear Mountain

The German snowboard crew Foreal went on a SoCal trip to Bear Mountain and met up with some 21inch guys and the Swiss Black House crew. Check out Benny Urban, his riding is slick.
