As some of you may have heard or figured out, there is a new team member at GRENADE.

Eero Niemela has joined the ranks alongside General Danny Kass, The Dingo, Dustin Craven, Eric Messier, Izzie Lalive, Scotty Lago, Louie Vito, Tyler Flanagan, Greg Bretz, Jamie Anderson, Sammy Leubke, Harrison Gordon, Jake Koia, Markus Keller, Cody Warble, and more..

General Danny Kass himself stated: “I’m proud to have Eero officially on the Grenade team. This Summer, the squad and I spent weeks breaking him down our Grenade European vacation. Eero is a tough soldier and I’M scared and ready to see what he will unleash this season. Niiiiiieeeeemmmmeeeelllllaaaa!”

His fellow shred head The Dingo is stoked as well. “Eero???  He’s way to good looking to be on Grenade! Well, we’re all about to change here at Grenade, and changes we are a making.  Eero is a great friend and even better snowboarder! As we march forward I’m proud to have Eero marching right here with us! Vive la Grenade!!”

Kass and the Grenade crew embark on their European Summer Vacation.

This just in from Danny Kass: “We are embarking on our largest overseas assault… attacking several glaciers and cities with gloves and fun… Stay tuned for constant updates of the journey.”

We’re betting there’s gonna be some shop signing sessions in the cities and some hammers being put down on the glaciers over their two-and-a-half-week Euro tour. Either that or they’ll rock it Griswald style. We’ll keep you posted.

After paintballing, sushi boozing and dual mogul slaloming, the Grenade Games takes to the pipe.

4/20 is the date Grenade let games commence in a haze of burning broccoli. Though there’s barely been any snowboarding of note so far, Danny Kass, the Grenerds and their new bezzie mates at Monster are so überhyped on their latest edition of the Grenade Games that they’ve managed to pump out a couple videos already. Sneak a peek at next winter’s gear

Onboard are on the ground at the snowboard industry trade show, ISPO, where all the brands in the sport are showcasing their product for the 2010-2011 winter season.

After we peppered big mountain legend Jeremy Jones with your questions (look out for his answers in the video at the end of this week), we ambled around checking stuff out. Here’s a bunch of snowboards, boots, bindings, accessories and outerwear that grabbed our eyes…
