How long is it since you slashed waist deep powder, rode busy tubes and ate crazy food? Exactly – so here’s Louif Paradis, Alex Cantin, and Ben Bilocq explore the trees and the flashy lights to give us a quick reminder of what we all dream about. After a couple of episodes jibbing like bosses in the Scandic night, Eero Ettala, Heikki Sorsa and Lauri Heiskari  step out of the darkness and into the light, tit deep pow of Japan. This is a rad edit.

If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it: there may already be copious ‘music video’ shredits out there on your favourite internets, but let’s make room for one more. Head stuck to the good old ‘powder + sushi x tune = stoke’ formula when they popped down Japan just now, a conventional take on the recurring wet dream that unites us a community. Fact is, it stokes us out to see avalanche barriers become diving boards and the accompanying grin of the lucky bastards bouncing from one to the next to the next, tum tum tum boom. Simples.

Antti Autti and his homies have been on the road all season filming for their new movie, Approach & Attack. Recently they scored big in Japan and, though the full webisode’s not due to drop till fall, they couldn’t resist teasing our asses with this sneak peek at their Car Danchi trip…

Salomon’s Team Vacation rolled into Japan last winter and this edit is the result. It’s also one of the funnest edits we’ve seen in a long white, with sick riding backing up the good vibes that was clearly had by all…

We don’t know why we added an exclamation mark to Japan, by the way. It just kind of seemed appropriate. Watch this and you too will agree. Japan!

After 3 months on the road Team Vacation finally made it to Japan – and it was insane! We rode amazing snow and met even more amazing people.

Apparently this lot are the super kids, hence they’ve called their movie We Are The Super Kids. We don’t know if they can like fly and shit, but they can certainly rip pow in Japan as you’ll see in this full part from their brand new movie.

Though it features lesser-known Swiss riders, these guys can put the hams down plus the filming, editing and vibe of WATSK look to be on point. We’re getting a strong Fresh Prince of Bel Air vibe here, but other than that this is a solid Japanese snowboard movie teaser. Watch it, it’s good – the Japanese are always value for money when it comes to pow filled shredits, but this has some heavy jib teases too.

Alas, our Japanese skills are lower than remedial, so here’s the description straight from Google Translate which, we think you’ll agree, is amazing. ‘Coolosity’ is our new favourite word:
