It’s always impressive to see dudes throw down on the plastic fantastic that is dryslope. Watch 15-year-old Bearsden local Matt McCormick chuck stunts… No pressure, but a couple of people have been saying he’s the potential to follow in Jamie Nicholls’ – another rider who cut his teeth on plastic – footsteps and make the transition from Snowflex to snow seem effortless and send it forwards from there.

The Go Big Or Go Home contest went down the other day on a rain-soaked patch of Scottish Snowflex, and it’s safe to say it went properly off the chain. Peep this video for an orgy of back 9s, front 3s, back 7s and the occasional double dip attempt on the plastic fantastic.

Salomon Snowboards along with team riders Jamie Nicholls and Will Smith made the trip up to Glasgow in Scotland to visit fellow team rider Matt McCormick and the amazing event known as the Go Big Or Go Home…

The dry slope scene is alive and kicking with the standard of riding going off the metre, while its alway good to see riders like Jamie and Will bring it back to where they started , plastic…

Here are two edits of young British lads totally killing it on Satan’s carpet. Not a flake of snow to be seen, yet there’s plenty of sweet kicker and jib action and even a frickin cab double cork. On dryslope!
