The crew at Grasgehren have been stoking us out with their park edits this season, and this latest one of the haps when World Snowboard Day rolled around is no exception. The GG unit dropped lift tickets to 15 bucks, Planet Sports and Hoven fired up the grill and a crew of dudes including  Michi Zirngibl, Felix Georgii, Tajo Seefried, Flo Geiger, Flo Geiger and Aron Holtermann got nasty on the jibs. When I lived in New Zealand we lived across the street from a sex shop. Every other week they would put up a big neon sign saying “NEW PORN arrived from GERMANY”. This always gave me a weird fuzzy feeling of pride. Unfortunately, when it comes to German snowboarding, I usually don’t get any buzz from it. At least until I watched this movie, which hails from the tough streets of Kaufbeuren, and might as well be called the Videograss German edition. Good urban riding, good filming, good soundtrack. Da Ruchte’s Buzzer Beatin features Marco Rinke, Chris Geng, Robert Butscher, Max Lanzl, Raffael Kossmann and Gido Gfoellner, and is so worth your time.
