Windells 2011 Session #7

It’s official: 2011 summer snowboard camp has come to an end. The towropes have stopped, the rails have been taken down, and everyone’s boots will finally be given the chance to dry out. It’s always sad to see the season go, but lucky for everyone at Windells, Session 7 was one of the best summer finales that we could have asked for. The weather was super sunny and there was tons of snow, so it was perfect both on hill and in the Concrete Jungle. Campers, visiting riders, and staff spent every moment shredding, making sure to squeeze the most fun out of the session before it was over.

Well, Summer finally decided to grace us with its presence during Session 5, and boy was it awesome! We had wonderful weather, amazing snowboarding, and the best of times!

This Session the Signature Sessioners were JP Walker, Jeremy Jones, Simon Chamberlian, Joe Sexton, and for the ladies it was the Peepshow crew. Good times were had by all, it ruled!!!

High Cascade’s Session 4 is now officially one for the books! While the temperature might not have been too hot, the action on and off the hill was definitely some of the hottest. Our two private parks are still in perfect, tip- top shape, and we are gearing up for the last two sessions of the summer.

While rummaging through our archives we came across some Jed Anderson skateboard footage from Session 1. We couldn’t let that go unseen, so we decided to throw it in the recap. It would almost be like we were committing a crime if we kept that skate footage from all of you. We hope you can understand, and we hope you thoroughly enjoy it!
