We were looking forward to getting nasty in the Russian capital, taking in some whirlybirding in Red Square and letting it all hang out, but unfortunately the Air&Style Moscow, which was originally scheduled for March 13 2010, has had to be postponed until December this year.

Here’s what the organisers had to say:

“Even in the economic crisis the Air & Style Moscow has managed to get a strong group of sponsors together to finance the event. However, some of the necessary sponsorships were confirmed very late. Therefore the Air & Style Company together with its local partners has made the decision to move the event to December 2010, which will give the necessary time to produce a top quality event.”

How this will fit in with the Billabong Air&Style in Innsbruck (which was held in December of last year) is unclear, but time is on their side so we’re again looking forward to shredding, babushkas and vodka in Moscow at the end of the year.
