Nike Chosen Sessions – Video Crew Winners Edit

Despite Nike’s best efforts to keep it hush till now, word leaked that the German RockonSB crew won the Nike Chosen Sessions Video Crew contest last Saturday. Nevertheless, now you can watch the announcement along with the thoughts of the Nike pros who voted on it, and a bunch of footage from the crews’ edits. Partyzeit!

Danny Kass, Henry jackson & Bobby Meeks were running the mic.

If you didn’t know, as well as the Am contest that went down at the Nike Chosen Sessions last week, there was also a video crew battle taking place where three crews – RockonSB from Germany, Small Zinema from Finland and This Must Be The Place from the US – had just one week to produce an edit in the opulent Chosen Sessions park and around the Silvretta Montafon area.

Once wrapped up, the edits were then shown to the assembled Nike pro team who all voted on who they thought should win the cash and the trip to Baldface, and though it was no easy decision seeing as all the edits were proper, when it came down to it the German RockonSB crew’s effort garnered enough votes to take the big cheque.

Watch how it went down – mercifully, the edit spares us the horror of Dani Rajcsanyi doing the helicopter with his bizarrely blackened member that’s haunted us since we saw it on instagram – and we’ll have all three crews’ edits for you next week.

RockOn Propaganda – Full Movie

RockOn Snowboarding: Wessel van Lierop

The latest and last addition to the fine RockOn Snowboarding team: Wessel van Lierop. (The other team members being Marlon Boeger, Philipp Schuster, Philipp Ramhofer, and Dani Rajcsanyi) Wessel rides a few indoor features, but apparently on urban stuff he’s the bomb, too.

The crew that brought you insane jibbers like Philipp Ramhofer and most of all Dani Rajcsanyi – the German Jed Anderson – is back with yet another addition to their team: RockOn Snowboarding is proud to present Bavarian shredneck Philipp Schuster.

We proudly introduce the third Bavarian rider.

Welcome PHILIPP SCHUSTER!

By the way, on his last slam he tored his cruciate ligament (ACL)!

He’s recovering well, so we hope to see him back on his board in summer.

Check Daniel Rajcsanyi’s profile from the RockOn snowboard shop and see if it reminds you of a certain Canadian tight-stanced ripper…

We got contacted by a guy called Phillip letting us know about the RockOn snowboard shop team that they’ve got together, and that they’ll be dropping edits of their team riders. We checked out the first, featuring German shred Daniel Rajcsanyi that was filmed as he took on the Stairset Battle at the Air&Style Munich, and it was pretty darned good. Dani’s style and tech approach to rails reminded us of a certain Jed Anderson – check the gap to front board on the flat of the kink. Sick! Stay tuned for more….
