The official blurb is a little cryptic, so we will try our best to fill you in with the details of what is to be regarded one of the best freeride flicks of recent years. Xavier De Le Rue, Frenchman and gnarly big mountain rider, decided at the beginning of last season that it was about time for his own movie, showing what goes on behind and also above the scenes of filming for TB20and being a freeride badass. “At this time of the year last season, with my friends Guido, Tero and Matthieu we’ve decided to create our own movie production company called TimeLine Film.
With the support of my partners we have released a web serie during the season. We’ve tried to document more than just the action and show people what it takes as effort, luck and commitment to get the best possible big mountain video part in TB20 from Standard Films. Although the snow conditions were terrible in Europe last winter we hoped all season long we could have enough unseen action and interesting backstage material to come up with a movie and have a chance to share our experience. Here it is, THIS IS MY WINTER !”

Xavier De Le Rue has released another teaser for his upcoming project, This Is My Winter. This time you can get all Being John Malkovich and see his POV as he tackles some balls-out lines. Madness.

THIS IS MY WINTER features Xavier de Le Rue, Mathieu Crepel, Andreas Fransson and Samuel Anthamatten. The full movie, 28 minutes long, will be available for free on internet from November 28th.

French freeride nutcase Xavier De Le Rue has a new movie project dubbed This Is My Winter which, judging by this teaser, will blow your mind. But you knew that, right?

Following up from last winter’s TimeLine webisodes, TimeLine Films present THIS IS MY WINTER. A movie giving mountain lovers a unique chance to experience the mountain from Xavier de Le Rue’s point of view when the serious business starts.

While one of the worst winter season struck Europe, the TimeLine crew relentlessly sought out the best spots and conditions along with Xavier’s friends and riding partners to deliver the best possible part for Standard Films’ TB20 movie.
