The good blokes at Postland Theory have just dropped the teaser for their new movie, Periscoping. Those flatlanders are bossing it right now!

Even though we spent time under sea level this winter we had our eyes on shore, discovering new lands and prepping new recruits to touch sand.

The Flatlanders over at Postland Theory have some frickin’ tech jibbers in their crew, with this dude being one of the bosses. You can watch them all give it large by checking the full movie, Catscratch, but for the time being peep Wessel Van Lierop‘s impressive full part. Our flatlanded friends at Postland have just dropped their second movie. Knowing that cats and the internet go together like vodka and the energy drink of your choice, they’ve wisely dubbed their film Catscratch. It’s full of legit shredding, so go check it now. Nice job, Tim Schiphorst!

Catscratch is our second movie since the dawn of the theory, presented by Shaped Snowboarding and Monster Energy. 

Cats are hip right now but bigger brother the Lynx fucked up the main trip of our season, hence the title and the reason we leave this trend behind us right now. Bas Elhorst, Cees Wille, Gerben Verweij, Irian van Helfteren, Joey van Essen, Kas Lemmens, Kevin de Haan, Luc Büthker and Wessel van Lierop still menaged to pull off great snowboarding and laughter in our remaining winter. 

We couldn’t do it without: Arbor, Bataleon, Forum, Signal, Taste and theMustachio.

Cees Wille, Kas Lemmens, and Wessel van Lierop ran into Halldor Helgasson and Tor Lundstrom who were practising some big moves on the Kicker.

Looking beyond our trusted glacier in France, we decided this year to check out other places to shred in summer Euroland. With Cees Wille, Kas Lemmens and Wessel van Lierop we hit the road past a few major glaciers, first stop: Dachstein. Here we ran into Marc Swoboda and Schepps Ischepp.

In our mind there’s no doubt that these mentals fully deserved their win. The other two crew’s edits were good, but this one is a banger. Awesome intro (we have the feeling they may have seen this JibVid from back in the day), solid riding and all performed in some ski suits from the year 1985.

If you didn’t know, as well as the Am contest that went down at the Nike Chosen Sessions last week, there was also a video crew battle taking place where three crews – RockonSB from Germany, Small Zinema from Finland and This Must Be The Place from the US – had just one week to produce an edit in the opulent Chosen Sessions park and around the Silvretta Montafon area.

Once wrapped up, the edits were then shown to the assembled Nike pro team who all voted on who they thought should win the cash and the trip to Baldface, and though it was no easy decision seeing as all the edits were proper, when it came down to it the German RockonSB crew’s effort garnered enough votes to take the big cheque.

Watch how it went down – mercifully, the edit spares us the horror of Dani Rajcsanyi doing the helicopter with his bizarrely blackened member that’s haunted us since we saw it on instagram – and we’ll have all three crews’ edits for you next week.

Over the past few months, the German RockOn Snowboarding crew has entertained the internets with their short yet sick team edits. Now it is time for their full movie – Propaganda – and what can we say? It definitely matches our high expectations!
