Images of people walking across snowy mountainsides instantly evokes emotion, even from non snowboarders. There is something completely lonely, yet completely spiritual about it. It’s a nice balance. That’s kinda what I set out to capture in this commercial / experimental film for Endeavor. The obscure balance of the snowboard life.

It was a 3 month trek…longer than the average commercial shoot but I believe the depth of it will resonate more than the average commercial. Jody Wachniak was amazing, a real gentleman…I actually amped up his “player” factor for the purposes of the commercial.

It was shot on location in Whistler / Grouse Mt. / Squamish. Chayse Irvin chayseirvin.com was the DP with support camera work from Selim Matte selimmete.com and myself.
