Dylan Thompson's Crevasse Gap

You might remember Dylan Thompson’s ender in Finger on da Trigger’s Familia 2 movie, where he gaps a gnarly crevasse in Mt Hood. Here’s the making of video. Quite impressive.

In late August we took last chair of the day up to the top of hood with photographer Darcy Bacha and pro snowboarder Dylan Thompson. They had been scoping the crevasses for the last couple weeks, and they found one that looked really good to shoot. We have never really been too nervous when people hit stuff, but this shoot was an exception. This was by far the most nervous we have been for someone to hit a feature. We documented everything leading up to the jump, showing the building process, and the photographers process.
