Making of an Analog Snowboard Print

04:15PM Thu, 5th January 2012

Check out how snowboard photography works when you don’t rely on 1s, 0s, and computers. Our staff shooter Jerome Tanon’s photographic process is laid bare in this interesting short from Almo Films.

Our staff photographer Jerome Tanon is a big fan of shooting analog. We recently had an illuminating chat with him, discussing the variety of ancient old school cameras and out-of-date films he regularly uses to capture shots that you’ll see in our mag. The Almo Films guys cut together this neat edit of the analog process – from loading the film to developing the print. We like.
